(“Precedent”) owns and operates HOAHelp.com  (our or this “Website” ), on which we provide a convenient and easy way to indentify Community, Condo or Home Owner Associations (“COA/HOA”), obtain COA/HOA contact information, conduct COA/HOA lien searches and even request certain COA/HOA documents.
